CX 50 on my mind

I've been looking at the CX 50 for a while and I'm 99% sure it's the Mazda I'll get, but being a relatively new model, there aren't any long term reviews. With that said, I'd still like to get your opinions on it. How are the new skyactive engines? I'm not too keen on the hybrid, but a Toyota is a Toyota, at least in terms of reliability. Also, which trim level is the best for a nice balance between cost and features?

mazda CX50 is absolutely a sharp choice! the skyactiv engines are proven and reliable, they've been out for years across the lineup. No major red flags there, even the turbos.
about trims, I'd say the Premium is probably your best bet for features vs. cost without going overboard
You get a lot of comfort and tech that makes a real difference day to day

The CX-50 is gonna be the BEST pick for you. So far so good with me, Skyactiv engines have been reliable so far, and the turbo really adds some thing you would really notice. Anyway, choose either Preferred Plus or Premium trim

Mazda generally has excellent reliability and the Skyactiv engines are a big step up from previous Mazda engines.
The 2.5L turbo in the CX-50 uses a redesigned twin-scroll turbocharger which aims to improve on some past designs, making it more robust.
For a great balance of features and cost, I would suggest the 2.5 S Preferred or 2.5 S Premium trims..
The Preferred adds essentials like a power liftgate and heated seats, while the Premium steps up with things like a Bose audio system and leatherette seats.
If the turbo appeals, the Turbo Premium is also a good value.

Mazda 6, cx-5, cx-9 and I think a few more models have them, so you there's plenty of people that've been driving them for a long time and most of them haven't reported any problems. This is what I've been looking for. So i wouldn't have to worry about reliability, so that's problem solved.

Thanks for the trim recommendations and I have just one more dilemma. Let's say there are two models same year, same price, but different mileage. The one with the higher trim has more miles on it, while the lower trimmed one has less. Which one would you go for?

Sorry if I'm being a pain, I'm trying to decide which is the best decision for me.
